1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

Bizgent Solutions provides AI and automation consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Process automation and optimization
• AI implementation and consulting
• Sales and marketing automation
• Technology integration services
• Custom AI solution development
• Business process analysis and improvement

3. Service Agreement

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Service delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client requirements. We will communicate any significant changes to project timelines promptly.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Generally:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, processes, methodologies, and documentation, remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Custom solutions developed for clients will be subject to separate intellectual property agreements as specified in individual service contracts.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your business information. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizgent Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• We will provide you with any deliverables completed up to the termination date
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Moldova. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Moldova.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
